All eyes on EU bank stress tests - but details remain elusive

Goldman Sachs investor survey suggests 10 of the 91 banks will fail, requiring an extra €37.6 billion in capital

With hours to go before the release of Europe-wide bank stress test results this evening, key details are still obscure. The overall aggregated results will be published by the Committee of European Bank Supervisors (Cebs) at 5 pm London time, with individual results published first by the banks and national regulators and then by Cebs itself about half an hour later.
