About the course

Given the unique and unpredictable nature of ESG risks, their proactive incorporation into operational risk management strategies is essential. Refreshed for 2025 with the most current insights, this dynamic course equips participants with the knowledge and tools for this integration, delving into ESG governance, risk identification and regulatory drivers.

Participants will explore how different organisations approach ESG and formulate risk appetite statements. They will also learn to identify and manage emerging risks, using scenario analysis to assess impacts.

With an emphasis on practical application, the course features group discussions where participants will share experiences and collaborate to develop tailored action plans for their organisations.

By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to manage ESG-related reputational risks and implement comprehensive risk mitigation strategies across departments.

Please note: this training is designed for professionals in the financial services industry.
