Axa IM extends e-trading capabilities

Long before the financial crisis caused a prolonged dislocation in the fixed income markets, Axa Investment Managers – a global investment giant with €522 billion of assets under management at the end of September 2010 – knew it wanted to build an electronic trading fixed income capability. Six years ago, it decided to introduce a new order management system (OMS) to improve its existing infrastructure and facilitate straight-through processing across all asset classes.
