Ginga debuts electronic coal trading in Asia

The Singapore-based broker aims to use technology to gain market share in the Indonesian sub-bit coal swaps market.

Energy markets brokerage, Ginga Petroleum, has launched an electronic trading system designed by Trayport, making it likely to be the first Asian broker to trade physical coal and derivatives electronically in the region.
