Innogy Holdings chooses KWI

London-based KWI, a global provider of trading and risk management systems for the energy markets, has won a contract to supply its flagship kW3000 product to Npower North, a subsidiary of Innogy Holdings.

Northern Electric and Gas was using KWI’s kW3000 software as an essential component of its risk management function and trading operation under the new electricity trading arrangements (Neta) in the UK.

In August, Innogy Holdings, the UK’s biggest energy supplier, bought Northern Electric
