Codefarm starts North America CDO push

Structured credit technology firm Codefarm has opened an office in New York. Adding to its existing office in London, the launch is an important step towards servicing both global hubs of CDO issuance, the firm says.

"Since four of the world's top 10 CDO arrangers are based in the US and two of them account for more than a third of total global CDO issuance, Codefarm's presence in New York is key," says Jeremy Mabbitt, Codefarm MD. "Several" US-based banks use Galapagos Structurer, Codefarm's CDO
