

LCH suffered longest operational outages of top CCPs in 2019
London-based LCH LTD said core systems were down for almost seven hours in 2019
LCH Ltd and LCH SA experienced operational failures in 2019 that lasted 12 hours in total, far and away the longest outages among top central counterparties, Risk Quantum analysis shows.
London-based LCH Ltd reported that core systems failed three times last year, with outages lasting a combined six hours and 42 minutes. Paris-based LCH SA disclosed four outages lasting a combined five hours and 19 minutes.
However, LCH Ltd did improve on its operational performance in 2018, when 17 outages
