Frasin Ltd. has changed its name to the Frasin Operational Risk Division of HSBC Insurance Brokers Ltd. HSBC cites a policy of marketing under one brand as the reason for the change of identity. Frasin Operational Risk assumes all liabilities and obligations from Frasin Ltd. and continues to operate as it did previously.
