The defence team of Kweku Adoboli, the UBS trader accused of losing the bank $2.3 billion through unauthorised trading, will argue that other senior bank employees were complicit in the rogue trading scandal, according to a source at Bark & Co, the law firm acting for Adoboli.

The prosecution will dispute this view – and on the opening day of the trial at London's Southwark Crown Court, Sasha Wass
