Fuji Capital Taps Informix For Realtime Risk Control

FUJI Capital Markets, the derivatives trading subsidiary of Fuji Bank, has integrated its global front and back office risk reporting systems by rolling out Informix Software's Online Dynamic Server parallel processing database system.

Prior to the Informix installation, risk staff at Fuji Capital's New York headquarters waited overnight for regional offices to forward position data, before producing a consolidated view of the company's risks.
