Internal move sees equities risk chief replace Kasenally, after her move to UBS AM

UBS: market risk role has been vacant since January

UBS will have a new group head of market risk from August 1, after Daniel Persson – currently co-head of equities market risk – relocates from Hong Kong to London.

The market risk role has been vacant since January, when Nasreen Kasenally was named chief risk officer (CRO) for UBS Asset Management.

Both appointments were announced via an internal memo at the time of Kasenally’s appointment, but had not previously been reported. Persson’s start date was not known at the time.
