Boultwood steps down as CRO of Constellation Energy

Brenda Boultwood, the chief risk officer of Constellation Energy, has left the company effective June 1, to pursue other projects. She had served as senior vice-president and chief risk officer (CRO) of the Baltimore, Maryland-based electricity firm since 2008.

Her move comes less than three months after Constellation Energy completed its merger with Chicago-based power generator Exelon Corporation. The merger created the largest competitive integrated electricity provider in the US, with 34,650
