Energy Risk Deals of the Year 2011

A landmark deal between French electricity generator Poweo and Norwegian energy company Statoil could signify the beginning of a new type of natural gas supplies to low-carbon gas-to-power production that will replace coal-fired plants and help Europe achieve its climate change targets.
