Goldman hires Morgan Stanley energy head
US-based investment bank Goldman Sachs has hired Alastair Maxwell, the current head of energy investment banking for Europe, Middle East and Africa at Morgan Stanley.
He will start in the Q4 2010 as a partner and managing director focusing on international resources and energy deals. Maxwell was promoted to head Morgan Stanley's EMEA energy division in early 2007.
