RMA introduces new credit risk certification

The Risk Management Association (RMA) has developed a credit risk certification that will recognise the expertise of American and Canadian credit risk analysts.

The certification, which will be awarded after passing a computer-based 125-question examination, is for banking professionals with at least three years’ credit risk experience, including lenders, credit officers, credit analysts and credit administrators. The examination will allow credit risk professionals to demonstrate their proficiency in the subject, according to the RMA.
