Iosco releases rating agency guidelines
The International Organisation of Securities Commissions (Iosco) has held its 33rd annual conference in Paris. Hosted by the French regulator the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, the conference brought together more than 750 delegates from the world’s securities regulators and elsewhere in the financial services industry.
