Misys To Acquire Cats Software For $60 Million This Month

LONDON--Misys, the UK-based financial software giant, put in a Christmas bid to buy Palo Alto-based Cats Software for $60 million and integrate its product line with that of its Midas-Kapiti International (MKI) unit.
