E&Y, JP Morgan Launch Horizon Op Risk System

NEW YORK--Ernst & Young and JP Morgan have begun marketing Horizon, an operational risk management system developed by the bank and currently being rolled out to its investment banking organization. The two will jointly market the system, which is targeted at large financial services firms.
