Als die deutschen Landesbanken im letzten Jahr infolge einer EU-Kampagne ihre staatlichen Garantien verloren, hätte niemand gedacht, dass sie ein Jahr später von Private-Equity-Unternehmen umworben würden, die von steigenden Gewinnen im Landesbankensektor angezogen werden.
