JFSA calls for substituted compliance on uncleared margin rules

As regulators start to release final rules on bilateral margining, differences remain and the Japan Financial Services Agency (JFSA) will be pushing for substituted compliance on an international level, said Shunsuke Shirakawa, deputy commissioner for international affairs at the regulator.
