Hong Kong: debate on regulation has intensified

Ronny Tong, a former barrister and member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong (LegCo), believes Hong Kong should establish a unified regulatory body instead of its current multi-pronged structure. But he believes this could be a long time coming.
