Public pension fund AP4 has gained an impressive reputation – particularly in fixed income – since it was established as part of the reorganised state pension system.
The reorganisation of Sweden’s state pension system at midnight on December 31, 2000 launched a unique experiment in fund management. It established four competing public pension funds (the AP funds) to invest the nation’s retirement assets, which are still feeling their way in the investment and derivatives
