The Committee of European Securities Regulators (CESR) has issued the last set of guidance related to the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (Mifid). Contained in four documents, the guidance aims to clarify and invite more comment on certain aspects of the directive. The publication is slated to be its last in relation to the CESR Level 3 work programme.
