CFTC takes further fraud action
The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has filed yet another action against a party participating in fraudulent forex activity. The United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio has entered a restraining order against defendant Marin Illiev Yanev from Sofia, Bulgaria and his operations, FX Unigma and FX World. The order originates from a CFTC enforcement action alleging that since at least October 2003, Yanev operated two fraudulent
