i-flex acquires Mantas
Mumbai, India - IT solutions provider i-flex Solutions, has acquired Mantas, a leading Virginia-based provider of advanced solutions for behaviour detection and regulatory compliance.
i-flex, based in Mumbai, India, is to pay $122.6 million for Mantas in an all-cash deal expected to close by the end of October. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval in India and the US.
The acquisition leads i-flex into the behaviour detection-orientated regulatory compliance areas for the first time.
