FSA publishes changes to handbook of rules
The FSA has published a handbook notice that details recent changes made by its board.
The main changes include provisions on fees payable to the FSA (including its role as the UK Listing Authority) and levies for the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, changes to the Market Conduct sourcebook to provide clarity to those seeking to act in conformity with the London Metal Exchange’s guidance for dominant long position holders, and new general guidance in the Perimeter Guidance manual in relation to pension activities.
FSA also approved changes to the Fees manual that were made by the Financial Ombudsman Service.
