Bank Of America Taps Lombard For Workflow Management
Bank of America has automated its swaps processing operation in London using Lombard Document Systems' imaging and workflow software.
The workflow system, which went live earlier this year, has led to a 10 to 15 per cent reduction in staff and an estimated annual saving of half a million sheets of paper, says Dave Walker, a vice president at Bank of America and manager of its European swaps and derivatives back office.
