Consistency across asset classes helped Societe Generale win this year’s bank award, while regulatory savvy enabled Icap to triumph in the broker category

Bank winner: Societe Generale

Over the past 12 months, Asian markets have been dominated by Japan and its equity market performance. It is perhaps fitting therefore that Societe Generale has once again ranked first in this year's interdealer rankings on the back of strong equity derivatives flows and a growing rates and credit business in Asia.
