Dariush Mirfendereski leaves UK bank after nine years

HSBC’s global inflation trading head Dariush Mirfendereski has left the bank.

Mirfendereski was in the role for nine years, during which time the team was named inflation derivatives house of the year four times by Risk.net. He departed the bank in mid-May.

Before joining HSBC, Mirfendereski spent seven years at UBS as global head of inflation-linked trading. Prior to that, he was head of inflation derivatives trading at Barclays.
