People: FCA bolsters oversight with new hires

The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is bulking up its compliance and enforcement functions. Barbara Frohn has been named director of risk and compliance oversight, while Mark Steward is the new director of enforcement and market oversight.

They will take up their positions in London in the early autumn.
