Former Icap Singapore head takes senior position at BGC

The former head of interdealer broker Icap's Singapore business has resurfaced at rival BGC less than 10 months after announcing he was retiring after a 25-year career with the firm.

Anthony Warner tendered his resignation in August last year and was replaced by Danny Cheung, managing director of Icap's Singapore branch. Icap veteran Warner started out on the firm's euro swaps desk in London in 1989.

Market sources indicate that Warner moved to BGC recently, and according to his LinkedIn profile
