Axa's Asia CRO moves to US health insurer, Cigna; and other recent job moves

Mark Stamper's experience with Axa will come in useful as Cigna looks to diversify into savings products

Mark Stamper: swaps Axa for Cigna

Mark Stamper, chief risk officer and chief life actuary of Axa's regional operations in Hong Kong, has left the firm to join Cigna, a global health and life insurance company headquartered in the US.

He assumed his new role of chief actuary and risk officer for international markets at the firm in March and continues to be based in Hong Kong.

Although Cigna in the US predominantly offers traditional health insurance products, the international side of the business has diversified into more risk
