James Coulson joins Swiss bank after 18 years at SocGen
Credit Suisse has appointed James Coulson as the UK chief compliance officer and deputy chief compliance officer for EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), which will be effective on March 9. Coulson will be based in London and report to the chief compliance officer for EMEA, Mark Hart.
Coulson's role will see him leading and further developing the UK compliance function and deputising for Hart. Coulson will also assist senior management in strengthening regulatory relationships and ensuring the
