Michelle Neal has joined Deutsche Bank as global head of listed derivatives within the markets clearing and fixed income and currencies (Fic) market structure business. She is based in London and reports to Garth Ritchie, global head of equities, and Zar Amrolia, co-head of Fic.

Neal joins from Nomura, where she was global head of markets electronic trading for futures and prime services – a role she had held since 2010. In January 2013, she was also made chief operating officer of global
