Standard Chartered has appointed Sridhar Kanthadai (pictured) as its new regional head of transaction banking, north-east Asia. Based in Hong Kong, Kanthadai reports to Jiten Arora, global head of sales, transaction banking, and to Darcy Lai, regional head of origination and client coverage, north-east Asia. Kanthadai joins Standard Chartered from Citi where he has held several senior positions
