Aviva confirms new UK life CRO

Former life CFO replaces Dix as regional restructuring continues

Angela Darlington has replaced Roger Dix as chief risk officer of Aviva's UK life business, Aviva has confirmed.

Darlington was formerly the chief financial officer at Aviva UK Life.

Insurance Risk revealed last week that Dix had stepped down from the role as part of the restructuring of the insurer's regional management framework. 

The restructuring, announced in April this year, has already resulted in the departure of three senior executives, including Igal Mayer, former European chief
