Obama announces intent for Sieminski to head US EIA

US President Barack Obama has announced his plan to nominate Deutsche Bank's Adam Sieminski as head of the Energy Information Administration

On the back of a statement of intent made by Barack Obama, Adam Sieminski could soon take the role of administrator for the Energy Information Administration (EIA) at the US Department of Energy.

Sieminski is currently at Deutsche Bank in New York as chief energy economist, a role he has held at the bank for the past seven years.
