Brown Shipley appoints head of compliance

Derrick Cain will join the bank next month

London-based private bank Brown Shipley has appointed Derrick Cain as head of compliance, risk and legal, effective from February 13.

He will have overall responsibility for all compliance, risk management and legal affairs, and will report to managing director Ian Sackfield.

Cain was previously group head of compliance at Kleinwort Benson bank in London, and has more than two decades of experience in senior financial positions.
