Credit Suisse reshuffles Asia executives to increase focus on private banking

Credit Suisse has named Marcel Kreis as chairman of private banking Asia Pacific and Francesco de Ferrari as head of private banking Asia Pacific from January 1, 2012

Marcel Kreis will become chairman of private banking Asia Pacific at Credit Suisse at the start of the next year. His previous role as head of private banking Asia Pacific will be filled by Francesco de Ferrari.

De Ferrari, who is currently head of private banking Italy, will relocate to Singapore on August 1 to assume the role of deputy head of private banking Asia Pacific before taking up the more senior role on January 1, 2012. He will report to Walter Berchtold, chief executive of private
