Nigel Khakoo to leave Citi

US bank's global head of G-10 options trading has been made redundant

Nigel Khakoo, global head of G-10 options trading at Citi in London, is to leave the bank after being made redundant.

Khakoo has been with Citi since 2006. He was initially head of G-10 structured products trading but became head of G-10 options trading after the departure of Marcus Browning in early 2008. He reported locally to James Bindler, global head of FX options, and globally to Jeff Feig, global head of G-10 FX in New York.

Prior to joining Citi, Khakoo worked at Merrill Lynch for two
