Andrés Portilla promoted at IIF

Portilla becomes director of regulatory affairs at IIF, while David Schraa is promoted to regulatory counsel

The Institute of International Finance (IIF) has promoted Andrés Portilla from deputy director to director of regulatory affairs. The financial services association has also promoted David Schraa, who held the regulatory affairs directorship from 2004, to the position of regulatory counsel. Both Portilla and Schraa will be based in Washington, DC.
