Nomura names Adair and Dolan to replace Bouzouba as heads of equities for Asia

Nomura has named John Adair and Paul Dolan as co-head of equities for Asia to replace Rachid Bouzouba, who has left the Japanese securities dealer.

Nomura has promoted John Adair and Paul Dolan as joint heads of equities, Asia-Pacific, to assume the role vacated by Rachid Bouzouba, previously global co-head of equities and head of equities Asia-Pacific, who left the Japanese securities dealer last month.

Adair was previously Nomura's co-head of equity sales Asia-Pacific, while Dolan was most recently global head of convertible bonds at Nomura. Dolan will remain based in Hong Kong and Adair will continue to be based in Tokyo. They will both
