SWIP to open US office

Neil Murray will be head of US fixed income in the Scottish Widows NYC office.

Scottish Widows Investment Partnership will open a fixed income office in New York on April 4.

Neil Murray, global head of credit at the UK asset manager, relocates from Edinburgh to New York to take up the position of head of US fixed income. Murray has more than 12 years of experience in fixed income investing, the last four of which have been at SWIP.

Kevin Mathews, a high yield portfolio manager at F&C Investments in London, will join SWIP’s New York team in March as head of US high yield.
