Janssens to head JP Morgan treasury & securities services in Japan

The US bank's treasury and securities services chief for Asia, Thomas DuCharme, has named his team heads for Japan and South-east Asia

JP Morgan has appointed Hans Janssens as the head of treasury and securities services (TSS) in Japan, a newly created position.

Janssens, who most recently spent four years as chief financial officer for JP Morgan in Japan, will be responsible for the financial performance of TSS Japan. Based in Tokyo, he reports regionally to JP Morgan's TSS chief executive officer Asia Pacific Thomas DuCharme, who just joined the US bank in June this year and based in Hong Kong.
