Boyle leaves equity derivatives team at Citadel

James Boyle leaves co-head of equity derivatives position at Citadel, to be replaced by Brad Kurtzman

James Boyle has stepped down as co-head of equity derivatives at Citadel, the Chicago-based hedge fund.

Boyle worked as global head of equity-linked trading at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for 13 years before joining Citadel in 2009. Brad Kurtzman, Boyle's fellow co-head of equity derivatives, will take over as sole head of the group. Kurtzman also joined Citadel from Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2009.
