Morgan Stanley appoints new European ABS head

Cecile Houlot takes up post after 13 years at JP Morgan.

Morgan Stanley has recruited a new head of European securitisation within its structured solutions group. Based in London, Cecile Houlot will be responsible for all primary and secondary securitisations within Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and will advise institutional clients on asset-backed and related hedging strategies.
