Collateral expert Sheppard leaves Goldman

Shaun Sheppard, European head of collateral management at Goldman Sachs, has left the bank. The former investment bank confirmed Sheppard's departure, but declined to comment further. Sheppard joined Goldman Sachs in 2001 from JP Morgan.

It is understood Sheppard will also relinquish his role as co-head of the International Swaps and Derivatives Association collateral committee. There has been no decision regarding his replacement.
