Deutsche appoints structuring supremo

The former emerging markets head at Credit Suisse, Ram Nayak, has joined Deutsche Bank as global head of structuring. Nayak will join the firm's global markets executive committee and will take over responsibility for the bank's structuring business across all asset classes from Yassine Bouhara, who previously held the role while also heading the global markets business in the EMEA region.

Bouhara has left the firm on sabbatical and will return to take up a different role, Deutsche Bank said
