UBS names new Asia heads as Park and Pang depart

UBS has announced a series of appointments to the most senior roles in its equity derivatives business in Asia. The changes, which were announced this morning in Hong Kong coincide with the departure of Min Park, managing director, head of Equity Risk Management Products (RMP) Asia, and of Kenneth Pang, managing director and head of Equity derivatives trading, Asia ex-Japan.

Chris Lee has been appointed head of RMP Intermediaries at UBS, reporting to Chi-Won Yoon, APAC head of Equities. Lee is a managing director and has been at UBS for seven years and was previously head of cross-divisional intermediaries. ChangSik Cin, also a seven-year veteran at the bank, has been named deputy head of RMP Intermediaries and will report to Lee.

Further, John Coffeng has been appointed head of derivatives trading for Asia, reporting to CJ Beshke. Coffeng takes up the role after
