SIM takes from Barclays Capital for team expansion

Structured Investment Management (SIM) in New York has made three new hires in an expansion of its team. The new appointments include Mark Graham as executive vice-president of structured finance, who was previously head of corporate solutions and hybrid capital for the Americas at Barclays Capital.

Graham spent 15 years with Citi prior to joining BarCap, where he was a director with responsibility for investor new products and heading the hybrid capital effort for insurance companies and corporates.

Leona Qi has been named senior vice-president, global sales and distribution, institutional and dealer sales. Qi has specialised in structured products throughout her career and has worked in distribution for both BNP Paribas and Nomura.

SIM has also appointed Ed Chandler as senior vice-president
